If you have questions or need help accessing gender-affirming care, our contact form is the best way to get in touch. It ensures we have all the info we need to answer your question!

If you can't use our contact form, you can get in touch by phone or email.

Please note

The health navigation team will do their best to return your call or email within 5 to 10 business days. Please only contact us once. Our team responds to inquiries in the order in which they are received. Multiple calls and emails will not speed up our response time. If you have not received a reply from us in more than 10 business days, please reach out again.

Prevent Trans Care BC emails from being marked as spam

Due to Gmail account spam settings, emails from the health navigation team may go to your spam folder. Please check your spam folder if you have contacted us via email or are expecting an email reply.

Follow the steps below to set up your Gmail account to recognize emails from the health navigation team:

  • Log in to your Gmail account
  • Click the gear icon at the top right and then click “Settings”
  • Go to "Filters and Blocked Addresses” and click "Create a New Filter"
  • In the "Has the Words" section, type @phsa.ca to keep our emails out of your spam folder
  • Click "Create Filter"
  • Check the boxes "Never Send it to Spam” and "Also Apply Filter to Matching Messages"Click "Create Filter" again
