The recruitment incentives for rural/remote, northern and metro areas are now available between April 1, 2024 and March 31, 2025! This program offers monetary incentives to support the hiring of nurses and allied health professionals for difficult-to-fill roles. Incentive eligibility varies by location, position, and funding availability; and employees must commit to a 24 month return of service as part of the qualification process.
• Northern remote/rural community: Up to $30,000
• Other remote/rural community: Up to $20,000
• Urban/metro area: Up to $15,000
