Mandatory Training

On appointment to Medical Staff and for each reappointment year, mandatory e-Learning educational modules must be completed.

Mandatory training courses – Initial appointment

For appointment to medical staff, you are required to complete following courses on LearningHub –

Safe Medication Order Writing
Infection Prevention and Control Basics Course for Health Care Workers Working in Patient Care Areas and/or Direct Care Roles
Disclosure of Adverse Events
Privacy and Confidentiality (All PHSA Agencies)
Respectful Workplace – Fostering a Culture of Respect

Mandatory training courses – Reappointment

For Reappointment, you must re-certify the required courses on LearningHub. These are on a three-year rotation:

Safe Medication Order Writing
Infection Prevention and Control Basics Course for Health Care Workers Working in Patient Care Areas and/or Direct Care Roles
Disclosure of Adverse Events
