Before getting started, reach out to us at dro.program@phsa.ca to connect with an Integration Lead. We'll arrange a kickoff session to learn about your system and coordinate technical consulting to support your integration journey.
Review the DRO Integration Guidelines (PDF) to get an understanding of the integration requirements, scope and expected capabilities. We will set up a test environment for you to explore and connect you with Ocean to support your build.
Download the DRO Integration Release Information Worksheet (XLSX) and provide the completed version back to the Integration Lead.
The DRO team will assess your system to ensure it meets all necessary requirements. This evaluation includes reviewing your system's features, integration capabilities, support model, and production readiness.
As part of the process, you'll need to present a demo showcasing your system's functionalities and how it aligns with DROs guidelines. Prepare to provide training on the new integration for our team.
If approved, your system will be added to DROs list of supported systems. We will work together to finalize a roadmap and make any final updates before launching your integration.
