DHI Support Services

Digital Health Innovation (DHI) support services provides customers with a support portal that includes a comprehensive guide for users.

These supports include, but are not limited to:

  • Errors or outages with Ocean.
  • Ocean training requests.
  • Site configuration including retrieving your secure encryption key (SEK)
  • Ocean forms changes and/or new Ocean forms creation.
  • Ocean feature requests.
  • Order additional DHI products.
  • General inquiries.
  • Report a privacy breach.
Alternatively, customers can email DHI support or call (1-833-297-8107).

DHI Support is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Support Articles

Directory listings are a key part of digital referrals and include important information about your clinic and services. Your directory listing will be visible on the Ocean Healthmap. Your listing is managed by your site admin and includes information such as contact information, services, and wait times. 

PHSA has set standards for directory listing names and set-up that will help other providers find you.
 
A downtime plan is used to maintain continuity of care and clinic operations. The Downtime Toolkit will aid your clinic to create a plan for operating during downtime and maintain continuity of service for patients.
