On behalf of the Health Authorities, PHSA Supply Chain manages a list of pre-qualified consulting organizations that are available for engagement. Once a year, a Notice of Intent (“NOI”) is posted on BC Bid inviting new suppliers to contact Supply Chain should they wish to complete the pre-qualified supplier application process.
